Long Bio

Education

I finished high school in Kharkiv, Ukraine. After that I graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics with a master’s degree in Computer Science. It was a 5 years education under "Specialized Computer Systems" educational program

Career path

During my student years, I used to work part time as a system administrator. That was the beginning of my IT experience. This gave me good practical experience in networking and Linux.

At some point I realized that I didn't really learn anything new and decided to extend my skills in the programming area. My choice fell on PHP and Web Development. I taught the basics by myself. I got the basics of PHP, HTML, CSS and Joomla CMS and made several websites with those skills.

After getting self educational skills I tried to pass an interview for a position of Junior PHP developer. MobiDev hired me. That was the starting point of my career in Software Development. I grew up as a professional in this company. I achieved vast experience in software development.

Right now I am stillI working in MobiDev. I have many roles in the company. I am Leader of PHP and DevOps departments. I have activities in multiple areas, such as People Management, Solutions Architecture, Consulting and Pre-Sales.

Hobbies

I like everything related to information technology. Computers, electronics, programming, etc. This is my hobby and my source of income.

I love and respect nature. It's always a joy to visit some uncrowded, beautiful places outside the city. I like places where nature pleases with its beauty. While visiting such places I can switch the brain to something different from my work and take a new photo for my Instagram. It is useful sometimes to reboot the brain :)

I am excited about the history of old computers and consoles. Old consoles and retrogaming is a very interesting topic for me. It's a pleasure to find an old, non-working console, restore it and play a game on it. I already collected some collection of consoles
